상단문구 수정은 관리자 페이지에서 두번째 메뉴 회원관리 -> 페이지추가설정에 들어가시면
목록 중 해당하는 부분에 수정을 누르시면
페이지 관리 팝업이 뜹니다.

여기에서 기타1, 기타2 문구를 수정하시면 됩니다.

또한 모바일 아이콘 문제는 xeicon의 서버가 불안정해서 생긴 문제 같습니다.
